We’ve polished officio.work behind the scenes and added small but mighty improvements to streamline your workflow.
Here’s what’s new this month:
1. Project Template Task Reordering
Location: Work > Projects > Project Template
Upon creating a Project Template, you can now reorder tasks up or down using the new arrows or drag-and-drop handles. Arrange tasks exactly how you need them—your custom sequence will carry over when the template is applied to an actual project.
2. Smoother Contract View Navigation
We fixed a glitch that made switching tabs awkward when viewing contracts. Now you can seamlessly toggle between:
- Discussion
- Contract Files
- Contract Renewal History
All your contract details are just one click away.
3. Manual Task Ordering on the Kanban Board
Previously, tasks in each column were auto-sorted by deadline. With this update, you can manually reorder cards within any column to highlight your top priorities. Simply drag tasks up or down to curate your own visual workflow.
4. Optional Client Field for Events
Creating an event no longer forces you to select a client. Leave the Client field blank for internal meetings or general reminders. Once scheduled, the event will:
- Appear on your calendar
- Trigger email invitations to participants
No extra clicks required.
5. Original Filename Retention on Download
We’ve restored filenames on downloaded attachments—no more cryptic, anonymous strings. Now you’ll see the original name, making it easier to track and manage your files.
